Job Title: Administrative Assistant
· Answer and replay phone calls and reply emails enquiries
· Greet customers and direct walk-in customers to meeting room
· Order and purchase office supplies and maintain office inventory
· Schedule and confirm appointments when needed
· Check incoming email and mail on daily basis and forward them to corresponding person
· Good at utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track incoming customers’ update
· Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Viso
· Be able to use MS Excel to generate advanced customer report and customer statistics e.g. sorting and charts.
· In assist of establishing office procedures
· Prepare brochures, reports and other documentation forms
· Write or record meeting minutes when needed
· Good team player who is organized and detailed oriented
· IT company working experience is an asset
